Leading truck manufacturer - Foton Daimler introduces nitrogen spraying technology from Eurosider China in the spraying production process

Beijing Foton Daimler Co., Ltd. and   Eurosider (Tianjin) Coating Technology Co., Ltd. have signed a contract. The contract involves upgrading and renovating the large production facilities of Foton Daimler in Beijing using the efficient and environmentally friendly spraying technology of Eurosider   (Tianjin).

The upgraded production line is expected to be fully operational in August 2019. The nitrogen spraying equipment will further improve the efficiency and coating quality of the factory. Reduce harmful gas VOC emissions while optimizing process control.

The first step of this project is to upgrade the manual spraying operation technology of Foton Daimler. The signing ceremony was attended by relevant leaders from the procurement and technical departments of Foton Daimler, Albert van Lawick van Pabst, Chairman of Eurosider China, and Hao Haibo, General Manager.

Nitrogen spraying technology is a unique patented technology of Eurosider Company, which uses constant temperature nitrogen gas to replace the traditional spraying method using compressed air as the carrier, leading the innovation of the spraying industry. This technologyhighlights advantages such as cost savings, improved efficiency and quality, reduced VOC emissions, and improved production stability.
